HINDUUNITY.ORG confidently takes the liberty of speaking on behalf of the Hindutva movement in
Bharat (India) and calls for the government to release immediately and unconditionally the General Secretary Shri Parvin Togadia who was arrested on Wednesday. The Congress has committed a grave error in this act. There is no relevant justification for this arrest and this has simply proved again that the Indian Congress will stoop at any level to appease anti-national forces, namely the Muslims of India.

While Iman Ahemd Bukari, the biggest anti-national traitor and criminal in India roams free and stirs up
anti-communalism and terrorism in India, Shri Parvin Togadia has been shackled and prevented from practicing his religious duties.

Such acts will no doubt strengthen the Hindutva movement and will forcefully bring about a new form of extreme activism. The Hindus of India will not tolerate such acts especially when Bharatvarsha rightfully belongs to the Hindus. Hindus no doubt have been peaceful and believe in co-existence with other religious minorities. However when Hindu rights are violated while Muslim rights are enhanced with appeasement, this will unquestionably create irreversible tensions which will cause a snow ball effect.

We warn the Congress government and its' supporters to re-think their strategies because the end results will not be pleasant for minorities in India. The blind-eye to anti-national forces in Bharat will create a demand for Hindu militancy. Up until now, our Hindu youth organizations have maintained their moral humanity and have always preached co-existence with others and have never actively instigated trouble with Muslim minorities. Our youth groups which stretch across India live by the founding principals of Hinduism. But how long can we maintain our control while Hindus in their own country are restricted from practicing their religious rights and duties as well as building temples at free will. How long must we get trampled upon like second class citizens while Muslims enjoy special privileges and appeasement beyond belief? An all out war with Muslims across Bharat is eminent and the 1992 riots will be no way near comparable to what will arise.

We again re-iterate that the Ram Temple in Ayodhya will be built at all costs. If this arrest has been staged to delay the temple construction in manner or form, then there will be a price to pay. Resistance will be met with stronger resistance. Hindutva activists and all allied organizations are prepared for any and all outcomes. The Ram Temple will indeed be built and it will remain standing for all future generations.

We strongly demand that Shri Parvin Togadia be released unconditionally.
