The Terror Campaign of the Islamic Terrorists from Pakistan
After the Kargil conflict Pakistan's ISI and the many Islamic
terrorist organizations based in that country have stepped up
their terror campaign in India. Their target has mainly been the
Indian security installations in Jammu and Kashmir. The list below
details some of the past week's activities of the Islamic
terrorist hordes from Pakistan.
August 16, 1999
Land mine planted by Islamists kills seven: A land mine planted by
Islamists explodes and kills seven people and injures four. The
landmine exploded at approximately 11:30 AM when an Army vehicle
bound for the border post with rations and casual laborers passed
over it.
Pakistani soldiers try to overrun Indian border post: In another
incident, the Pakistani soldiers opened fire at the Indian
soldiers in an attempt to overrun the Indian border post of
Narania in Ramgarh sector of the Indo-Pakistan international
border. They also launched rocket and grenade attacks. One Indian
soldier was killed and seven others were wounded.
Muslim terrorists kill 3 CRPF men in an ambush: The Muslim
terrorists killed 3 Central Reserve Police Force Men (CRPF) and
injured 31 others when they ambushed a convoy of CRPF vehicles at
the Khoirakpam Khunou village in Manipur's Bishnupur district last
night. The list of injured included thirteen civilian who got
caught in the crossfire. Police sources say that the terrorists
fired with sophisticated weapons at the CRPF men who were on
patrol duty during independence day.
August 19, 1999
Pakistani shelling in Uri kills two girls: Unprovoked artillery
and mortar shelling in Uri sector by the Pakistanis killed two
Indian girls and injured a woman. The shells which fell near
houses in Dardkote killed five-year-old Sakeena and three-year-old
Safeena. Pakistani troops have intensified shelling in Uri, Gurez
and other areas in the northern sector after they were driven out
from Kargil heights. Their targets are both civilian and military
installations.
Four Indian soldiers killed by Islamic terrorists: Heavily armed
terrorists ambushed an army patrol at Mardour village in the
border district of Kupwara and killed four soldiers. Five others
were injured in the attack. In retaliatory strikes the Indian
forces managed to gun down two of the terrorists.
Bomb injures eight CRPF men: An Improvised Explosive Device (IED)
planted by the Islamic terrorists at Guiwa in Pattan area of
Baramulla district exploded an injured eight CRPF men. The eight
men were in their vehicle when the device was detonated.
Islamists kill government teacher: The Muslim terrorists shot dead
a government teacher, Bashir Ahmad Gursi, at his house at Yarikha
in Pulwama district. The police also recovered a body of Din
Mohammad, who had earlier been abducted by the terrorists.
Terrorist attack injures a jawan: Muslim extremists attacked the
cops at Baljarian in Rajouri district and killed a jawan of the
special operations group of the local police.
Another Army patrol ambush injures a soldier: An ambush by Islamic
terrorists at Khurhama in Kupwara district seriously injured a
soldier Vidya Dhar Prasad.
Terrorists kill a civilian in Doda: During an encounter with
security forces at Machipal in Doda district the terrorists shot
and wounded a civilian, Abdul Rashid. The police sources revealed
that Islamic fundamentalists also exploded a grenade near the
police control room at Doda.
Islamists attack a passenger bus: A bus travelling from Ramban to
Gool on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway was fired upon by
Islamic radicals. The rear tire of the bus was hit, but thankfully
no one was injured and the bus reached Gool safely.
Bomb explosion at picnic spot: A powerful bomb planted by the
Islamic terrorists at Veerinag Garden, a well-known picnic spot in
Anantnag district, exploded in the afternoon and prompted the
security forces to seal off the area. Official sources said that
no one was injured in the blast.
Muslim extremists kill another police officer in attack: In an
attack on the joint patrol of Border Security Force (BSF) and
Jammu and Kashmir police Special Operation Group (SOG) the Muslim
extremists managed to kill SPO Mohammad Ashraf. In retaliatory
strikes the Indian forces killed two of the terrorists.
Terrorists attack and kill 6 soldiers of 22 sikh regiment: Islamic
terrorists attacked and killed six soldiers of the 22 sikh
regiment at Marsari Chowkibal. Sources say that soliders were
fired upon by automatic weapons from the forest area. The soldiers
took positions and returned the fire killing five terrorists.
Bodies of two civilians was also recovered from the encounter
site.
Five CRPF men injured in another mine blast: An Improvised
Explosive Device (IED) planted by the terrorists exploded and
injured 5 CRPF men, two of them critically. The device was planted
at Nehalpora.
Muslim terrorists attack brigade Headquarters and kill five
soldiers: Heavily armed Islamic terrorists attacked another army
camp in the district of Kupwara, killing five soldiers. Four
others were seriously injured. The Indian soldiers in retaliatory
strikes shot dead four of the terrorists. The terrorists attacked
the camp with rockets, rocket propelled grenades and other
automatic weapons. Pakistani based Hizbul-Mujahideen claimed
responsibility for the attacks.
The above list details just some of the past week's criminal
activities of the Islamic terrorists. The passing of each day
brings new and horrific stories of deaths and torture of Indian
soldiers and civilians at the hads of these terrorists all over
India. Their boldness and strikes against Indian security
installations proves that no one in India is safe from these
Islamic butchers. Their attacks on the passenger bus and the
picnic spot clearly states their devious and malicious intent.
It is a well known fact that these terrorists are being aided by
treacherous Muslims within India. The Imams, Maulavis and Mullahs
constantly preach hatred against kafirs (Hindus), the Mosques are
repositories of weaponry and sanctuary for the pious Muslim
terrorists and the Madarasas are training facilities for the young
aspiring Muslim youths. If these Islamic terrorists and
treacherous Muslims are not killed and stopped it will not be long
before India becomes a Islamic nation and witnesses a Taliban
style rule. The Indian government needs to take the initiative and
stamp out these treacherous Muslims from within India and destroy
the infrastructure of the Islamic terrorists operating from
outside India.
There is a limit to tolerance and restraint. Showing this much
tolerance and restraint is also a sign of weakness and cowardice.
It tells the aggressor that the victim is too much of a weakling
and a coward to retaliate. This type of attitude only encourages
and empowers the aggressor. Indians need to wake up and trash the
Gandhian philosophy of 'turning the other cheek'. They need to
stand and fight the injustice for themselves because no one else
will. In the Geeta Lord Krishna tells Arjuna , one who suffers
injustice is equally responsible for the injustice being done to
him/her as the person who is committing the injustice. Therefore,
unless the Indians want to be categorized under the same category
as the Islamic terrorists they must fight and annihilate such
forces. There is absolutely no other way! Peace in India will only
come after Islamic terrorism has been wiped out from the land.
