NATIONS DESTROYED FOR THINKING DIFFERENTLY?

Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 56, Number 682:

Narrated Ibn Mas'ud:

I heard a person reciting a (Quranic) Verse in a certain way, and I had heard the Prophet reciting the same Verse in a different way. So I took him to the Prophet and informed him of that but I noticed the sign of disapproval on his face, and then he said, "Both of you are correct, SO DON'T DIFFER, FOR THE NATIONS BEFORE YOU DIFFERED, SO THEY WERE DESTROYED."

JINNS STEAL CHILDREN AND KITCHEN UTENSILS? RATS STEAL CANDLE WICKS?

Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 533:

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:

The Prophet said, "COVER YOUR UTENSILS AND TIE YOUR WATER SKINS, AND CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND KEEP YOUR CHILDREN CLOSE TO YOU AT NIGHT, AS THE JINNS SPREAD OUT AT SUCH TIME AND SNATCH THINGS AWAY. WHEN YOU GO TO BED, PUT OUT YOUR LIGHTS, FOR THE MISCHIEF-DOER (I.E. THE RAT) MAY DRAG AWAY THE WICK OF THE CANDLE AND BURN THE DWELLERS OF THE HOUSE." Ata said, "The devils." (instead of the Jinns).

JINNS FEED ON DUNG AND ANIMALS BONES?

Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 58, Number 200:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

That once he was in the, company of the Prophet carrying a water pot for his ablution and for cleaning his private parts. While he was following him carrying it(i.e. the pot), the Prophet said, "Who is this?" He said, "I am Abu Huraira." The Prophet said, "Bring me stones in order to clean my private parts, and DO NOT BRING ANY BONES OR ANIMAL DUNG." Abu Huraira went on narrating: So I brought some stones, carrying them in the corner of my robe till I put them by his side and went away. When he finished, I walked with him and asked, "WHAT ABOUT THE BONE AND THE ANIMAL DUNG?" HE SAID, "THEY ARE OF THE FOOD OF JINNS. The delegate of Jinns of (the city of) Nasibin came to me--and how nice those Jinns were--and asked me for the remains of the human food. I invoked Allah for them that they would never pass by a bone or animal dung but find food on them."

"THE DECEASED IS TORTURED IN HIS GRAVE FOR THE WAILING DONE OVER HIM."?

Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 23, Number 375:

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Ubaidullah bin Abi Mulaika:

One of the daughters of 'Uthman died at Mecca. We went to attend her funeral procession. Ibn 'Umar and Ibn Abbas were also present. I sat in between them (or said, I sat beside one of them. Then a man came and sat beside me.) 'Abdullah bin 'Umar said to 'Amr bin 'Uthman, "Will you not prohibit crying as Allah's Apostle has said, 'The dead person is tortured by the crying of his relatives.?" Ibn Abbas said, "Umar used to say so." Then he added narrating, "I accompanied Umar on a journey from Mecca till we reached Al-Baida. There he saw some travelers in the shade of a Samura (A kind of forest tree). He said (to me), "Go and see who those travelers are." So I went and saw that one of them was Suhaib. I told this to 'Umar who then asked me to call him. So I went back to Suhaib and said to him, "Depart and follow the chief of the faithful believers." Later, when 'Umar was stabbed, Suhaib came in weeping and saying, "O my brother, O my friend!" (on this 'Umar said to him, "O Suhaib! Are you weeping for me while the Prophet said, "The dead person is punished by some of the weeping of his relatives?" Ibn Abbas added, "When 'Umar died I told all this to Aisha and she said, 'May Allah be merciful to Umar. By Allah, Allah's Apostle did not say that a believer is punished by the weeping of his relatives. But he said, ALLAH INCREASES THE PUNISHMENT OF A NON-BELIEVER BECAUSE OF THE WEEPING OF HIS RELATIVES." Aisha further added, "The Quran is sufficient for you (to clear up this point) as Allah has stated: 'No burdened soul will bear another's burden.' " (35.18). Ibn Abbas then said, "Only Allah makes one laugh or cry." Ibn Umar did not say anything after that.

Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 23, Number 376:

Narrated 'Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) Once Allah's Apostle passed by (the grave of) a Jewess whose relatives were weeping over her. He said, "THEY ARE WEEPING OVER HER AND SHE IS BEING TORTURED IN HER GRAVE."

Narrated Abu Burda:

That his father said, "When Umar was stabbed, Suhaib started crying: O my brother! 'Umar said, 'Don't you know that the Prophet said: THE DECEASED IS TORTURED FOR THE WEEPING OF THE LIVING'?"

Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 23, Number 378:

Narrated Al-Mughira:

I heard the Prophet saying, "Ascribing false things to me is not like ascribing false things to anyone else. Whosoever tells a lie against me intentionally then surely let him occupy his seat in Hell-Fire." I heard the Prophet saying, "THE DECEASED WHO IS WAILED OVER IS TORTURED FOR THAT WAILING."

Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 23, Number 379:

THE DECEASED IS TORTURED FOR THE WAILING OF THE LIVING ONES OVER HIM .

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2015:

'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that Hafsa wept for 'Umar (when he was about to due). He ('Umar) said: Be quiet, my daughter. Don't you know that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) had said:" THE DEAD IS PUNISHED BECAUSE OF HIS FAMILY'S WEEPING OVER IT"?

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2016:

Umar reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: THE DEAD IS PUNISHED IN THE GRAVE BECAUSE OF WAILING ON IT.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2018:

Ibn 'Umar reported: When 'Umar was wounded he fainted, and there was a loud lamentation over him. When he regained consciousness he said: Didn't you know that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:" THE DEAD IS PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE WEEPING OF THE LIVING"?

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2019:

Abu Burda narrated on the authority of his father that when 'Umar was wounded Suhaib uttered (loudly in lamentation): O brother! Upon this 'Umar said: Suhaib, did you not know that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:" THE DEAD IS PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE LAMENTATION OF THE LIVING"?

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2020:

Abu Musa reported that when 'Umar was wounded, there came Suhaib from his house and went to 'Umar and stood by his side, and began to wail. Upon this 'Umar said: What are you weeping for? Are you weeping for me? He said: By Allah, it is for you that I weep, O Commander of the believers. He said: By Allah, you already know that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) had said: HE WHO IS LAMENTED UPON IS PUNISHED. I made a mention of it to Musa b. Talha, and he said that 'A'isha told that it concerned the Jews (only).

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2021:

Anas reported that when 'Umar b. Khattab was wounded Hafsa lamented for him. Upon this he said: O Hafsa, did you not hear the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) saying:" ONE WHO IS LAMENTED WOULD BE PUNISHED"? Suhaib also lamented over him. 'Umar told him also: O Suhaib, didn't you know that one who is lamented is punished?

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2022:

'Abdullah b. Abu Mulaika reported: I was sitting by the side of Ibn 'Umar, and we were waiting for the bier of Umm Aban, daughter of 'Uthman, and there was also 'Amr b. 'Uthman. In the meanwhile there came Ibn 'Abbas led by a guide. I conceive that he was informed of the place of Ibn 'Umar. So he came till he sat by my side. While I was between them (Ibn 'Abbas and Ibn 'Umar) there came the noise (of wailing) from the house. Upon this Ibn 'Umar said (that is, he pointed out to 'Amr that he should stand and forbid them, for): I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) as saying: THE DEAD IS PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE LAMENTATION OF HIS FAMILY. 'Abdullah made it general (what was said for a particular occasion). Ibn 'Abbas said: When we were with the Commander of the believers, 'Umar b. Khattab, we reached Baida', and there was a man under the shadow of the tree. He said to me: Go and inform me who is that person. So I went and (found) that he was Suhaib. I returned to him and said: You commanded me to find out for you who that was, and he is Suhaib. He (Hadrat 'Umar) said: Command him to see us. I said: He has family along with him. He said: (That is of no account) even if he has family along with him. So he (the narrator) told him to see (the Commander of the believers and his party). When we came (to Medina), it was before long that the Commander of the believers was wounded, and Suhaib came weeping and crying: Alas for the brother, alas for the companion. Upon this 'Umar said: Didn't you know, or didn't you hear, that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:" THE DEAD IS PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE LAMENTATION OF HIS FAMILY"? Then 'Abdullah made it general and 'Umar told it of certain occasions. So I ('Abdullah b. Abu Mulaika) stood up and went to 'A'isha and told her what Ibn 'Umar had said. Upon this she said: I swear by Allah that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) never said that dead would be punished because of his family's lamenting (for him). What he said was that ALLAH WOULD INCREASE THE PUNISHMENT OF THE UNBELIEVER BECAUSE OF HIS FAMILY'S LAMENTING FOR HIM. Verily it is Allah Who has caused laughter and weeping. No bearer of a burden will bear another's burden. Ibn Abu Mulaika said that al-Qasim b. Muhammad said that when the words of 'Umar and Ibn 'Umar were conveyed to 'A'Isha, she said: You have narrated it to me from those who are neither liar nor those suspected of lying but (sometimes) hearing misleads.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2023:

'Abdullah b. Abu Mulaika said: The daughter of 'Uthman b. 'Affan died in Mecca. We came to attend her (funeral). Ibn 'Umar and Ibn 'Abbas were also present there, and I was sitting between them. He added: I (first sat) by the side of one of them, then the other one came and he sat by my side. 'Abdullah b. 'Umar said to 'Amr b. 'Uthman who was sitting opposite to him: Will you not prevent the people from lamenting, for the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) had said:" THE DEAD IS PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE LAMENTING OF HIS FAMILY FOR HIM"? Ibn 'Abbas then said that Umar used to say someting of that nature, and then narrated saying: I proceeded from Mecca along with 'Umar till we reached al-Baida' and there was a party of riders under the shade of a tree. He said (to me): Go and find out who this party is. I cast a glance and there was Suhaib (in that party). So I informed him ('Umar) about it. He said: Call him to me. So I went back to Suhaib and said: Go and meet the Commander of the believers. When 'Umar was wounded, Suhaib came walling: Alas, for the brother! alas for the companion! 'Umar said: O Suhaib, do you wail for me, whereas the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:" The dead would be punished on account of the lamentation of the (members of his family)"? Ibn 'Abbas said: When 'Umar died I made a mention of it to 'A'isha. She said: May Allah have mercy upon 'Umar! I swear by Allah that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) never said that Allah would punish the believer because of the weeping (of any one of the members of his family), but he said that ALLAH WOULD INCREASE THE PUNISHMENT OF THE UNBELIEVER BECAUSE OF THE WEEPING OF HIS FAMILY OVER HIM. 'A'isha said: The Qur'an is enough for you (when it states):" No bearer of burden will bear another's burden" (vi. 164). Thereupon Ibn 'Abbas said: Allah is He Who has caused laughter and weeping. Ibn Abu Mulaika said: By Allah, Ibn 'Umar said nothing.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2025:

'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: THE DEAD IS PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE LAMENTATION OF THE LIVING.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2026:

Hisham b. 'Urwa narrated on the authority of his father that the saying of Ibn 'Umar, viz." THE DEAD WOULD BE PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE LAMENTATION OF HIS FAMILY OVER HIM" was mentioned to 'A'isha. Upon this she said: May Allah have mercy upon Abu 'Abd al-Rahman (the kunya of Ibn 'Umar) that he heard something but could not retain it (well). (THE FACT IS) THAT THE BIER OF A JEW PASSED BEFORE THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) AND (THE MEMBERS OF HIS FAMILY) WERE WAITING OVER HIM. UPON THIS HE SAID: YOU ARE WAILING AND HE IS BEING PUNISHED.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 2030:

'Ali b. Rabi'a reported that the first one who was lamented upon in Kufa was Qaraza b. Ka'b. Mughira b. Shu'ba said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) saying: HE WHO IS LAMENTED UPON WOULD BE PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THE LAMENTATION FOR HIM ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT.

Bashir reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace-be upon him) used to straighten our rows as it lie were straightening an arrow with their help until be saw that we had learnt it from him. One day he came out, stood up (for prayer) and was about to say: Allah is the Greatest, when he saw a man, whose chest was bulging out from the row, so he said: Servants of Allah, you hint STRAIGHTEN YOUR ROWS OR ALLAH WOULD CREATE DISSENSION AMONGST YOU.

THE PEOPLE WHO LIFT THEIR EYES TOWARDS THE SKY IN PRAYER SHOULD AVOID IT OR THEY WOULD LOSE THEIR EYESIGHT?

Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 12, Number 717:

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

The Prophet said, "What is wrong with those people who look towards the sky during the prayer?" His talk grew stern while delivering this speech and he said, "THEY SHOULD STOP (LOOKING TOWARDS THE SKY DURING THE PRAYER); OTHERWISE THEIR EYE-SIGHT WOULD BE TAKEN AWAY."

Muslim, Book 004, Number 0862:

Jabir b. Samura reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: THE PEOPLE WHO LIFT THEIR EYES TOWARDS THE SKY IN PRAYER SHOULD AVOID IT OR THEY WOULD LOSE THEIR EYESIGHT.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 0863:

Abu Huraira reported: PEOPLE SHOULD AVOID LIFTING THEIR EYES TOWARDS THE SKY WHILE SUPPLICATING IN PRAYER, OTHERWISE THEIR EYES WOULD BE SNATCHED AWAY.

'"IF THE PERSON WHO PASSES IN FRONT OF ANOTHER PERSON IN PRAYER KNEW THE MAGNITUDE OF HIS SIN HE WOULD PREFER TO WAIT FOR 40 (DAYS, MONTHS OR YEARS) RATHER THAN TO PASS IN FRONT OF HIM."?

Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 9, Number 489:

Narrated Busr bin Said:

that Zaid bin Khalid sent him to Abi Juhaim to ask him what he had heard from Allah's Apostle about a person passing in front of another person who was praying. Abu Juhaim replied, "Allah's Apostle said, 'IF THE PERSON WHO PASSES IN FRONT OF ANOTHER PERSON IN PRAYER KNEW THE MAGNITUDE OF HIS SIN HE WOULD PREFER TO WAIT FOR 40 (DAYS, MONTHS OR YEARS) RATHER THAN TO PASS IN FRONT OF HIM." Abu An-Nadr said, "I do not remember exactly whether he said 40 days, months or years."

"PRAYER IS ANNULLED BY A DOG, A DONKEY AND A WOMAN (IF THEY PASS IN FRONT OF THE PRAYING PEOPLE)."?

Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 9, Number 490:

Narrated 'Aisha:

The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "PRAYER IS ANNULLED BY A DOG, A DONKEY AND A WOMAN (IF THEY PASS IN FRONT OF THE PRAYING PEOPLE)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him."

Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 9, Number 493:

THE THINGS WHICH ANNUAL PRAYER WERE MENTIONED BEFORE ME (AND THOSE WERE): A DOG, A DONKEY AND A WOMAN. I said, "You have compared us (women) to donkeys and dogs. By Allah! I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in (my) bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I disliked to sit and trouble the Prophet. So, I would slip away by the side of his feet."

Muslim, Book 004, Number 1034:

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: A WOMAN, AN ASS AND A DOG DISRUPT THE PRAYER, but something like the back of a saddle guards against that.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 1037:

'Urwa b. Zubair reported: 'A'isha asked: WHAT DISRUPTS THE PRAYER? WE SAID: THE WOMAN AND THE ASS. Upon this she remarked: Is the woman an ugly animal? I lay in front of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) like the bier of a corpse and he said prayer.

Muslim, Book 004, Number 1038:

Masruq reported: It was mentioned before 'A'isha that PRAYER IS INVALIDATED (IN CASE OF PASSING) OF A DOG, AN ASS AND A WOMAN (BEFORE THE WORSHIPPER, WHEN HE IS NOT SCREENED). Upon this 'A'isha said: You likened us to the asses and the dogs. By Allah I saw the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) saying prayer while I lay on the bedstead interposing between him and the Qibla. When I felt the need, I did not like to wit to front (of the Holy Prophet) and perturb the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) and quietly moved out from under its (i. e. of the bedstead) legs.

Another "infallible hadith" says only BLACK DOGS [and not dogs of of other colors] invalidate prayer - because the BLACK DOG is a devil!

Muslim, Book 004, Number 1032:

Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of 'Allah (may peace be upon him) said: When any one of you stands for prayer and there is a thing before him equal to the back of the saddle that covers him and in case there is not before him (a thing) equal to the back of the saddle, HIS PRAYER WOULD BE CUT OFF BY (PASSING OF AN) ASS, WOMAN, AND BLACK DOG. I said: O Abu Dharr, WHAT FEATURE IS THERE IN A BLACK DOG WHICH DISTINGUISH IT FROM THE RED DOG AND THE YELLOW DOG? He said: O, son of my brother, I asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) as you are asking me, and he said: THE BLACK DOG IS A DEVIL.

Allah's Apostle said, "(The Prophet) Solomon once said, 'TONIGHT I WILL SLEEP WITH NINETY WOMEN, each of whom will bring forth a (would-be) cavalier who will fight in Allah's Cause." On this, his companion said to him, "Say: Allah willing!" But he did not say Allah willing. SOLOMON THEN SLEPT WITH ALL THE WOMEN, BUT NONE OF THEM BECAME PREGNANT BUT ONE WOMAN WHO LATER DELIVERED A HALF-MAN. By Him in Whose Hand Muhammad's soul is, if he (Solomon) had said, 'Allah willing' (all his wives would have brought forth boys) and they would have fought in Allah's Cause as cavaliers. "

Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 79, Number 711:

A'uidhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu.' IF SOMEBODY RECITES THIS INVOCATION DURING THE NIGHT, AND IF HE SHOULD DIE THEN, HE WILL GO TO PARADISE (OR HE WILL BE FROM THE PEOPLE OF PARADISE). AND IF HE RECITES IT IN THE MORNING, AND IF HE SHOULD DIE ON THE SAME DAY, HE WILL HAVE THE SAME FATE."

Once the Prophet, while passing through one of the grave-yards of Medina or Mecca heard the voices of two persons who were being tortured in their graves. The Prophet said, "These two persons are being tortured not for a major sin (to avoid)." The Prophet then added, "YES! (THEY ARE BEING TORTURED FOR A MAJOR SIN). INDEED, ONE OF THEM NEVER SAVED HIMSELF FROM BEING SOILED WITH HIS URINE while the other used to go about with calumnies (to make emnity between friends). The Prophet then asked for a green leaf of a date-palm tree, broke it into two pieces and put one on each grave. On being asked why he had done so, he replied, "I hope that their torture might be lessened, till these get dried."

Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 4, Number 217:

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:

The Prophet once passed by two graves and said, "These two persons are being tortured not for a major sin (to avoid). ONE OF THEM NEVER SAVED HIMSELF FROM BEING SOILED WITH HIS URINE, while the other used to go about with calumnies(to make enmity between friends)." The Prophet then took a green leaf of a date-palm tree, split it into (pieces) and fixed one on each grave. They said, "O Allah's Apostle! Why have you done so?" He replied, "I hope that their punishment might be lessened till these (the pieces of the leaf) become dry." (See the foot-note of Hadith 215).

Muslim, Book 002, Number 0575:

Ibn Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) happened to pass by two graves and said: They (their occupants) are being tormented, but they are not tormented for a grievous sin. One of them carried tales and the OTHER DID NOT KEEP HIMSELF SAFE FROM BEING DEFILED BY URINE. He then called for a fresh twig and split it into two parts, and planted them on each grave and then said: Perhaps, their punishment way be mitigated as long as these twigs remain fresh.

This hadith is also transmitted by 'Abd al-'Aziz with the same chain of transmitters, and the words are: I SEEK REFUGE WITH ALLAH FROM THE WICKED AND NOXIOUS THINGS.

THE WOMAN ADVANCES AND RETIRES IN THE SHAPE OF A DEVIL?

Muslim, Book 008, Number 3240:

Jabir reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) saw a woman, and so he came to his wife, Zainab, as she was tanning a leather and had sexual intercourse with her. He then went to his Companions and told them: THE WOMAN ADVANCES AND RETIRES IN THE SHAPE OF A DEVIL, SO WHEN ONE OF YOU SEES A WOMAN, HE SHOULD COME TO HIS WIFE, FOR THAT WILL REPEL WHAT HE FEELS IN HIS HEART.

THE EVIDENCE OF TWO WOMEN IS EQUAL TO ONE MAN?

Quran 002.282:

YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! When ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period of time, reduce them to writing Let a scribe write down faithfully as between the parties: let not the scribe refuse to write: as Allah Has taught him, so let him write. Let him who incurs the liability dictate, but let him fear His Lord Allah, and not diminish aught of what he owes. If they party liable is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable Himself to dictate, Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and GET TWO WITNESSES, OUT OF YOUR OWN MEN, AND IF THERE ARE NOT TWO MEN, THEN A MAN AND TWO WOMEN, SUCH AS YE CHOOSE, FOR WITNESSES, SO THAT IF ONE OF THEM ERRS, THE OTHER CAN REMIND HER. The witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (For evidence). Disdain not to reduce to writing (your contract) for a future period, whether it be small or big: it is juster in the sight of Allah, More suitable as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves but if it be a transaction which ye carry out on the spot among yourselves, there is no blame on you if ye reduce it not to writing. But take witness whenever ye make a commercial contract; and let neither scribe nor witness suffer harm. If ye do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So fear Allah; For it is Good that teaches you. And Allah is well acquainted with all things. If ye are on a journey, and cannot find a scribe, a pledge with possession (may serve the purpose). And if one of you deposits a thing on trust with another, let the trustee (faithfully) discharge his trust, and let him Fear his Lord conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it, - his heart is tainted with sin. And Allah knoweth all that ye do.

PICKTHAL: O ye who believe! When ye contract a debt for a fixed term, record it in writing. Let a scribe record it in writing between you in (terms of) equity. No scribe should refuse to write as Allah hath taught him, so let him write, and let him who incurreth the debt dictate, and let him observe his duty to Allah his Lord, and diminish naught thereof. But if he who oweth the debt is of low understanding, or weak, or unable himself to dictate, then let the guardian of his interests dictate in (terms of) equity. AND CALL TO WITNESS, FROM AMONG YOUR MEN, TWO WITNESSES. AND IF TWO MEN BE NOT (AT HAND) THEN A MAN AND TWO WOMEN, OF SUCH AS YE APPROVE AS WITNESSES, SO THAT IF THE ONE ERRETH (THROUGH FORGETFULNESS) THE OTHER WILL REMEMBER. And the witnesses must not refuse when they are summoned. Be not averse to writing down (the contract) whether it be small or great, with (record of) the term thereof. That is more equitable in the sight of Allah and more sure for testimony, and the best way of avoiding doubt between you; save only in the case when it is actual merchandise which ye transfer among yourselves from hand to hand. In that case it is no sin for you if ye write it not. And have witnesses when ye sell one to another, and let no harm be done to scribe or witness. If ye do (harm to them) lo! it is a sin in you. Observe your duty to Allah. Allah is teaching you. And Allah is knower of all things.

SHAKIR: O you who believe! when you deal with each other in contracting a debt for a fixed time, then write it down; and let a scribe write it down between you with fairness; and the scribe should not refuse to write as Allah has taught him, so he should write; and let him who owes the debt dictate, and he should be careful of (his duty to) Allah, his Lord, and not diminish anything from it; but if he who owes the debt is unsound in understanding, or weak, or (if) he is not able to dictate himself, let his guardian dictate with fairness; and CALL IN TO WITNESS FROM AMONG YOUR MEN TWO WITNESSES; BUT IF THERE ARE NOT TWO MEN, THEN ONE MAN AND TWO WOMEN FROM AMONG THOSE WHOM YOU CHOOSE TO BE WITNESSES, SO THAT IF ONE OF THE TWO ERRS, THE SECOND OF THE TWO MAY REMIND THE OTHER; and the witnesses should not refuse when they are summoned; and be not averse to writing it (whether it is) small or large, with the time of its falling due; this is more equitable in the sight of Allah and assures greater accuracy in testimony, and the nearest (way) that you may not entertain doubts (afterwards), except when it is ready merchandise which you give and take among yourselves from hand to hand, then there is no blame on you in not writing it down; and have witnesses when you barter with one another, and let no harm be done to the scribe or to the witness; and if you do (it) then surely it will be a transgression in you, and be careful of (your duty) to Allah, Allah teaches you, and Allah knows all things.

KHALIFA: O you who believe, when you transact a loan for any period, you shall write it down. An impartial scribe shall do the writing. No scribe shall refuse to perform this service, according to GOD's teachings. He shall write, while the debtor dictates the terms. He shall observe GOD his Lord and never cheat. If the debtor is mentally incapable, or helpless, or cannot dictate, his guardian shall dictate equitably. TWO MEN SHALL SERVE AS WITNESSES; IF NOT TWO MEN, THEN A MAN AND TWO WOMEN WHOSE TESTIMONY IS ACCEPTABLE TO ALL. THUS, IF ONE WOMAN BECOMES BIASED, THE OTHER WILL REMIND HER. It is the obligation of the witnesses to testify when called upon to do so. Do not tire of writing the details, no matter how long, including the time of repayment. This is equitable in the sight of GOD, assures better witnessing, and eliminates any doubts you may have. Business transactions that you execute on the spot need not be recorded, but have them witnessed. No scribe or witness shall be harmed on account of his services. If you harm them, it would be wickedness on your part. You shall observe GOD, and GOD will teach you. GOD is Omniscient.

Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 6, Number 301:

Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:

Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "IS NOT THE EVIDENCE OF TWO WOMEN EQUAL TO THE WITNESS OF ONE MAN?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion."

Muslim, Book 001, Number 0142:

It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah b. Umar that the Messenger of Allah observed: O womenfolk, you should give charity and ask much forgiveness for I saw you in bulk amongst the dwellers of Hell. A wise lady among them said: Why is it, Messenger of Allah, that our folk is in bulk in Hell? Upon this the Holy Prophet observed: You curse too much and are ungrateful to your spouses. I have seen none lacking in common sense and failing in religion but (at the same time) robbing the wisdom of the wise, besides you. Upon this the woman remarked: What is wrong with our common sense and with religion? He (the Holy Prophet) observed: YOUR LACK OF COMMON SENSE (CAN BE WELL JUDGED FROM THE FACT) THAT THE EVIDENCE OF TWO WOMEN IS EQUAL TO ONE MAN, that is a proof of the lack of common sense, and you spend some nights (and days) in which you do not offer prayer and in the month of Ramadan (during the days) you do not observe fast, that is a failing in religion. This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abu Tahir with this chain of transmitters.

DIE FIGHTING FOR ISLAM AND GO DIRECTLY TO HEAVEN?

Quran: 003.195

YUSUFALI: And their Lord hath accepted of them, and answered them: "Never will I suffer to be lost the work of any of you, be he MALE OR FEMALE: Ye are members, one of another: THOSE WHO HAVE LEFT THEIR HOMES, OR BEEN DRIVEN OUT THEREFROM, OR SUFFERED HARM IN MY CAUSE, OR FOUGHT OR BEEN SLAIN,- VERILY, I WILL BLOT OUT FROM THEM THEIR INIQUITIES, AND ADMIT THEM INTO GARDENS WITH RIVERS FLOWING BENEATH;- A reward from the presence of Allah, and from His presence is the best of rewards."

PICKTHAL: And their Lord hath heard them (and He saith): Lo! I suffer not the work of any worker, MALE OR FEMALE, to be lost. Ye proceed one from another. SO THOSE WHO FLED AND WERE DRIVEN FORTH FROM THEIR HOMES AND SUFFERED DAMAGE FOR MY CAUSE, AND FOUGHT AND WERE SLAIN, VERILY I SHALL REMIT THEIR EVIL DEEDS FROM THEM AND VERILY I SHALL BRING THEM INTO GARDENS UNDERNEATH WHICH RIVERS FLOW - A reward from Allah. And with Allah is the fairest of rewards.

SHAKIR: So their Lord accepted their prayer: That I will not waste the work of a worker among you, whether MALE OR FEMALE, the one of you being from the other; THEY, THEREFORE, WHO FLED AND WERE TURNED OUT OF THEIR HOMES AND PERSECUTED IN MY WAY AND WHO FOUGHT AND WERE SLAIN, I WILL MOST CERTAINLY COVER THEIR EVIL DEEDS, AND I WILL MOST CERTAINLY MAKE THEM ENTER GARDENS BENEATH WHICH RIVERS FLOW; a reward from Allah, and with Allah is yet better reward.

He said, 'She should cover herself with the veil of her companion and should participate in the good deeds and in the religious gathering of the Muslims.' When Um 'Atiya came I asked her whether she had heard it from the Prophet. She replied, "Yes. May my father be sacrificed for him (the Prophet)! (Whenever she mentioned the Prophet she used to say, 'May my father be sacrificed for him) I have heard the Prophet saying, 'The unmarried young virgins and the mature girl who stay often screened or the young unmarried virgins who often stay screened and the menstruating women should come out and participate in the good deeds as well as the religious gathering of the faithful believers but THE MENSTRUATING WOMEN SHOULD KEEP AWAY FROM THE MUSALLA (PRAYING PLACE).' I (Abu Dharr) said: Even if he committed adultery and theft? He (the Holy Prophet) replied: (Yes) even though he committed adultery and theft. I (again said): Even if he committed adultery and theft? A third (funeral procession) passed by and the people spoke badly of the deceased. He said, "It has been affirmed to him." I (Abu Al-Aswad) asked, "O chief of the believers! What has been affirmed?" He replied, "I said the same as the Prophet had said, that is: IF FOUR PERSONS TESTIFY THE PIETY OF A MUSLIM, ALLAH WILL GRANT HIM PARADISE." We asked, "IF THREE PERSONS TESTIFY HIS PIETY?" HE (THE PROPHET) REPLIED, "EVEN THREE." THEN WE ASKED, "IF TWO?" HE REPLIED, "EVEN TWO." We did not ask him regarding one witness.

PERFORM HAJJ AND UMRA AND PAST SINS AUTOMATICALLY ARE FORGIVEN

Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 27, Number 1:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "(THE PERFORMANCE OF) 'UMRA IS AN EXPIATION FOR THE SINS COMMITTED (BETWEEN IT AND THE PREVIOUS ONE). AND THE REWARD OF HAJJ MABRUR (THE ONE ACCEPTED BY ALLAH) IS NOTHING EXCEPT PARADISE."

UMRAH DURING RAMADAN CAN SUBSTITUTE FOR HAJJ?

In Islam, a "hajj" is a trip to Makkah accompanied by the correct rituals at specified locations performed during a specific time period on the Arabic lunar calendar.

"Umra" is a visit to Makkah and performance of some of these rituals at any other time.

The Quran only commands performance of hajj [Quran 3:95-97, 22:26-30].

But look at this 'UMRA IN RAMADAN IS EQUAL TO HAJJ IN REWARD doctrine enunciated by the "prophet". Sounds like a set of "commercial" hadiths designed to generate tourism revenues for the merchants of Makkah by giving them a LONGER "hajj" season than proclaimed by the Quran!

Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 27, Number 10:

Narrated Ata:

I heard Ibn 'Abbas saying, "Allah's Apostle asked an Ansari woman (Ibn 'Abbas named her but 'Ata' forgot her name), 'What prevented you from performing Hajj with us?' She replied, 'We have a camel and the father of so-and-so and his son (i.e. her husband and her son) rode it and left one camel for us to use for irrigation.' He said (to her), 'PERFORM 'UMRA WHEN RAMADAN COMES, FOR 'UMRA IN RAMADAN IS EQUAL TO HAJJ (IN REWARD),' OR SAID SOMETHING SIMILAR."

Abu Dawud, Book 10, Number 1983:

Narrated Umm Ma'qil:

AbuBakr ibn AbdurRahman said: The messenger of Marwan whom he sent to Umm Ma'qil reported to me.

She said: AbuMa'qil accompanied the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) during hajj. When he came (to her) she said: You know that hajj is incumbent on me. They walked until they visited him (i.e. the Prophet) and she asked (him): Apostle of Allah, hajj is due from me, and AbuMa'qil has a camel.

AbuMa'qil said: She spoke the truth, I have dedicated it to the cause of Allah.

The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: Give it to her, that is in the cause of Allah. So he gave the camel to her.

She then said: Apostle of Allah, I am a woman who has become aged and ill. Is there any action which would be sufficient for me as my hajj?

He replied: UMRAH PERFORMED DURING RAMADAN IS SUFFICIENT AS HAJJ.

Abu Dawud, Book 10, Number 1984:

Narrated Umm Ma'qil:

When the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) performed the Farewell Pilgrimage, and we had a camel, AbuMa'qil dedicated it to the cause of Allah. Then we suffered from a disease, and AbuMa'qil died. The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) went out (for hajj). When he finished the hajj, I came to him.

He said (to me): Umm Ma'qil, what prevented you from coming out for hajj along with us?

She said: We resolved (to do so), but AbuMa'qil died. We had a camel on which we could perform hajj, but AbuMa'qil had bequeathed it to the cause of Allah.

He said: Why did you not go out (for hajj) upon it, for hajj is in the cause of Allah? If you miss this hajj along with us, PERFORM UMRAH DURING RAMADAN, FOR IT IS LIKE HAJJ.

She used to say: hajj is hajj, and umrah is umrah. The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said it to me: I do not know whether it was peculiar to me.

Abu Dawud, Book 10, Number 1985:

Narrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas:

The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) intended to perform hajj.

A woman said to her husband: Let me perform hajj along with the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him).

He said: I have nothing on which I can let you perform hajj. She said: You may perform hajj on your such-and-such camel. He said: That is dedicated to the cause of Allah, the Exalted. He then came to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and said: My wife has conveyed her greetings and the blessings of Allah to you. She has asked about performing hajj along with you. She said (to me): Let me perform hajj with the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him). I said (to her): I have nothing upon which I can let you perform hajj. She said: Let me perform hajj on your such-and-such camel. I said: That is dedicated to the cause of Allah, The Exalted.

He replied: If you let her perform hajj on it, that would be in the cause of Allah.

He said: She has also requested me to ask you: What is that action which is equivalent to performing hajj with you?

The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: Convey my greetings, the mercy of Allah and His blessings to her and tell her that UMRAH DURING RAMADAN IS EQUIVALENT TO PERFORMING HAJJ ALONG WITH ME.

And he (the Prophet) pointed out the shortness of that time with his hands.

Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 53, Number 336:

Narrated 'Abdullah:

The Prophet stood up and delivered a sermon, and pointing to 'Aisha's house (i.e. eastwards), he said thrice, "AFFLICTION (WILL APPEAR FROM) HERE," AND, "FROM WHERE THE SIDE OF THE SATAN'S HEAD COMES OUT (I.E. FROM THE EAST)."

WAR CRIMES, INCLUDING MASSACARE OF SURRENDERING PRISONERS OF WAR AND TAKING THEIR WOMEN AND CHILDREN AS SALVES, APPROVED

Muslim, Book 019, Number 4368:

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri who said: The people of Quraiza surrendered accepting the decision of Sa'd b. Mu'adh about them. Accordingly, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sent for Sa'd who came to him riding a donkey. When he approached the mosque, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said to the Ansar: Stand up to receive your chieftain. Then he said (to Sa'd): THESE PEOPLE HAVE SURRENDERED accepting your decision. He (Sa'd) said: YOU WILL KILL THEIR FIGHTERS AND CAPTURE THEIR WOMEN AND CHILDREN. (Hearing this), the Prophet (may peace he upon him) said: You have adjudged by the command of God. The narrator is reported to have said: Perhaps he said: You have adjuged by the decision of a king.

Muslim, Book 019, Number 4370:

It has been narrated on the authority of A'isha who said: Sa'd was wounded on the day of the Battle of the Ditch. A man from the Quraish called Ibn al-Ariqah shot at him an arrow which pierced the artery in the middle of his forearm. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) pitched a tent for him in the mosque and would inquire after him being in close proximity. When he returned from the Ditch and laid down his arms and took a bath, the angel Gabriel appeared to him and he was removing dust from his hair (as if he had just returned from the battle). The latter said: You have laid down arms. By God, we haven't (yet) laid them down. So march against them. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) asked: Where? He pointed to Banu Quraiza. So the Messenger of Allah (may peace he upon him) fought against them. THEY SURRENDERED AT THE COMMAND OF THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH (may peace be upon him), but he referred the decision about them to Sa'd who said: I DECIDE ABOUT THEM THAT THOSE OF THEM WHO CAN FIGHT BE KILLED, THEIR WOMEN AND CHILDREN TAKEN PRISONERS AND THEIR PROPERTIES DISTRIBUTED (AMONG THE MUSLIMS).

PROPHET ORDERING "HIT" ON CRITIC!

Muslim, Book 019, Number 4436:

It has been narrated on the authority of Jabir that THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) SAID: WHO WILL KILL KA'B B. ASHRAF? HE HAS MALIGNED ALLAH, THE EXALTED, AND HIS MESSENGER. MUHAMMAD B. MASLAMA SAID: MESSENGER OF ALLAH, DO YOU WISH THAT I SHOULD KILL HIM? HE SAID: YES. He said: Permit me to talk (to him in the way I deem fit). He said: Talk (as you like). So, Muhammad b. Maslama came to Ka'b and talked to him, referred to the old friendship between them and said: This man (i. e. the Holy Prophet) has made up his mind to collect charity (from us) and this has put us to a great hardship. When be heard this, Ka'b said: By God, you will be put to more trouble by him. Muhammad b. Maslama said: No doubt, now we have become his followers and we do not like to forsake him until we see what turn his affairs will take. I want that you should give me a loan. He said: What will you mortgage? He said: What do you want? He said: Pledge me your women. He said: You are the most handsome of the Arabs; should we pledge our women to you? He said: Pledge me your children. He said: The son of one of us may abuse us saying that he was pledged for two wasqs of dates, but we can pledge you (cur) weapons. He said: All right. Then Muhammad b. Maslama promised that he would come to him with Harith, Abu 'Abs b. Jabr and Abbad b. Bishr. So they came and called upon him at night. He came down to them. Sufyan says that all the narrators except 'Amr have stated that his wife said: I hear a voice which sounds like the voice of murder. He said: It is only Muhammad b. Maslama and his foster-brother, Abu Na'ila. When a gentleman is called at night even it to be pierced with a spear, he should respond to the call. Muhammad said to his companions: As he comes down, I will extend my hands towards his head and when I hold him fast, you should do your job. So when he came down and he was holding his cloak under his arm, they said to him: We sense from you a very fine smell. He said: Yes, I have with me a mistress who is the most scented of the women of Arabia. He said: Allow me to smell (the scent on your head). He said: Yes, you may smell. So he caught it and smelt. Then he said: Allow me to do so (once again). HE THEN HELD HIS HEAD FAST AND SAID TO HIS COMPANIONS: DO YOUR JOB. AND THEY KILLED HIM.

A STONE PAID MUHAMMAD SALUTATIONS?

Muslim, Book 030, Number 5654:

Jabir b. Samura reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: I RECOGNISE THE STONE IN MECCA WHICH USED TO PAY ME SALUTATIONS BEFORE MY ADVENT AS A PROPHET AND I RECOGNISE THAT EVEN NOW.

FORTUNE-TELLERS GET A LITTLE GENUINE INFORMATION WHICH HAS BEEN STOLEN IN HEAVEN BY JINNS!

METEORS ARE THROWN BY ANGELS TO KEEP JINNS FROM STEALING SECRETS OF HEAVEN!

Muslim, Book 026, Number 5535:

'A'isha reported: I said: Allah's Messenger, the kahins [fortune-tellers] used to tell us about things (unseen) and we found them to be true. Thereupon he said: THAT IS A WORD PERTAINING TO TRUTH WHICH A JINN SNATCHES AND THROWS INTO THE EAR OF HIS FRIEND, AND MAKES AN ADDITION OF ONE HUNDRED LIES TO IT.

Muslim, Book 026, Number 5536:

'Urwa reported from 'A'isha that she said that people asked Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) about the kahins [fortune-tellers]. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said to them: It is nothing (i. e. it is a mere superstition). They said: Allah's Messenger, they at times narrate to us things which we find true. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: THAT IS A WORD PERTAINING TO TRUTH WHICH A JINN SNATCHES AWAY AND THEN CACKLES INTO THE EAR OF HIS FRIEND AS THE HEN DOES. AND THEN THEY MIX IN IT MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED LIES

Muslim, Book 026, Number 5538:

'Abdullah. Ibn 'Abbas reported: A person from the Ansar who was amongst the Companions of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) reported to me: As we were sitting during the night with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), a meteor shot gave a dazzling light. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: What did you say in the pre-Islamic days when there was such a shot (of meteor)? They said: Allah and His Messenger know best (the actual position), but we, however, used to say that that very night a great man had been born and a great man had died, whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: (These meteors) are shot neither at the death of anyone nor on the birth of anyone. Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, issues Command when He decides to do a thing. Then (the Angels) supporting the Throne sing His glory, then sing the dwellers of heaven who are near to them until this glory of God reaches them who are in the heaven of this world. Then those who are near the supporters of the Throne ask these supporters of the Throne: What your Lord has said? And they accordingly inform them what He says. Then the dwellers of heaven seek information from them until this information reaches the heaven of the world. IN THIS PROCESS OF TRANSMISSION (THE JINN SNATCHES) WHAT HE MANAGES TO OVERHEAR AND HE CARRIES IT TO HIS FRIENDS. AND WHEN THE ANGELS SEE THE JINN THEY ATTACK THEM WITH METEORS. IF THEY NARRATE ONLY WHICH THEY MANAGE TO SNATCH THAT IS CORRECT BUT THEY ALLOY IT WITH LIES AND MAKE ADDITIONS TO IT.

IDOLIZATION OF PROPHET COMMANDED!

Muslim, Book 001, Number 0070:

It is reported on the authority of Anas that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: No bondsman believes, and, in the hadith narrated by Abdul Warith, NO PERSON BELIEVES, TILL I AM DEARER TO HIM THAN THE MEMBERS OF HIS HOUSEHOLD, HIS WEALTH AND THE WHOLE OF MANKIND.

Muslim, Book 001, Number 0071:

It is reported on the authority of Anas b. Malik that the Messenger of Allah said: NONE OF YOU IS A BELIEVER TILL I AM DEARER TO HIM THAN HIS CHILD, HIS FATHER AND THE WHOLE OF MANKIND.

MUHAMMAD GAVE WRONG OPINION ON MATTER OF BOTANY - - THEN ADMITTED HE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT!

Muslim, Book 030, Number 5830:

Musa b. Talha reported: I and Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) happened to pass by people near the date-palm trees. HE (THE HOLY PROPHET) SAID: WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE DOING? THEY SAID: THEY ARE GRAFTING, I. E. THEY COMBINE THE MALE WITH THE FEMALE (TREE) AND THUS THEY YIELD MORE FRUIT. THEREUPON ALLAH'S MESSENGER (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) SAID: I DO NOT FIND IT TO BE OF ANY USE. THE PEOPLE WERE INFORMED ABOUT IT AND THEY ABANDONED THIS PRACTICE. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) (was later) on informed (that the yield had dwindled), whereupon he said: IF THERE IS ANY USE OF IT, THEN THEY SHOULD DO IT, FOR IT WAS JUST A PERSONAL OPINION OF MINE, AND DO NOT GO AFTER MY PERSONAL OPINION; but when I say to you anything on behalf of Allah, then do accept it, for I do not attribute lie to Allah, the Exalted and Glorious.

Muslim, Book 030, Number 5831:

Rafi' b. Khadij reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came to Medina and the people had been grafting the trees. He said: WHAT ARE YOU DOING? THEY SAID: WE ARE GRAFTING THEM, WHEREUPON HE SAID: IT MAY PERHAPS BE GOOD FOR YOU IF YOU DO NOT DO THAT, SO THEY ABANDONED THIS PRACTICE (AND THE DATE-PALMS) BEGAN TO YIELD LESS FRUIT. They made a mention of it (to the Holy Prophet), whereupon he said: I AM A HUMAN BEING, SO WHEN I COMMAND YOU ABOUT A THING PERTAINING TO RELIGION, DO ACCEPT IT, AND WHEN I COMMAND YOU ABOUT A THING OUT OF MY PERSONAL OPINION, KEEP IT IN MIND THAT I AM A HUMAN BEING. 'Ikrima reported that he said something like this.

Muslim, Book 030, Number 5832:

Anas reported that ALLAH'S MESSENGER (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) HAPPENED TO PASS BY THE PEOPLE WHO HAD BEEN BUSY IN GRAFTING THE TREES. THEREUPON HE SAID: IF YOU WERE NOT TO DO IT, IT MIGHT BE GOOD FOR YOU. (So they abandoned this practice) and there was a decline in the yield. He (the Holy Prophet) happened to pass by them (and said): WHAT HAS GONE WRONG WITH YOUR TREES? THEY SAID: YOU SAID SO AND SO. THEREUPON HE SAID: YOU HAVE BETTER KNOWLEDGE (OF A TECHNICAL SKILL) IN THE AFFAIRS OF THE WORLD.

ISLAMIC SCHOLAR AL-GHAZZALI CLAIMED ALLAH HAD IMPOSED "18 PUNISHMENTS" ON WOMEN FOR EVE AND THE APPLE!

Note how Al-Ghazzali attributes normal biological differences between the sexes as "divine punishment." Note also who he justifies barbaric social customs such as purdah [seclusion of

women in the house] as being mandated by Allah!

In his Counsel for Kings, Al-Ghazzali (A.D. 1058-1111), a famous Arab divine of his time, says that "Allah, He be praised, punished women with eighteen things": (1) menstruation; (2) childbirth; (3) separation from parents and marriage to a stranger; (4) pregnancy; (5) not having control over her own person; (6) a lesser share in inheritance; (7) her liability to be divorced and inability to divorce; (8) its being lawful for men to have four wives, but for a woman to have only one husband; (9) the fact that she must stay secluded in the house; (10) the fact that she must keep her head covered inside the house; (11) the fact that two women’s testimony has to be set against the testimony of one man; (12) the fact that she must not go out of the house unless accompanied by a near relative; (13) the fact that men take part in Friday and feast day prayers and funerals while women do not; (14) disqualification for rulership and judgeship; (15) the fact that merit has one thousand components, only one of which is attributable to women, while nine hundred and ninety-nine are attributable to men; (16) the fact that if women are profligate they will be given only half as much torment as the rest of the community at the Resurrection Day; (17) the fact that if their husbands die they must observe a waiting period of four months and ten days before remarrying; (18) the fact that if their husbands divorce them they must observe a waiting period of three months or three menstrual periods before remarrying (NasIhat Al-MulUk, London: University of Durham Publications, 1971; pp. 164-165).

"A BELIEVER EATS IN ONE INTESTINE, AND A KAFIR (UNBELIEVER) EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES."?

Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 305:

Narrated Nafi': Ibn 'Umar never used to take his meal unless a poor man was called to eat with him. One day I brought a poor man to eat with him, the man ate too much, whereupon Ibn 'Umar said, "O Nafi'! Don't let this man enter my house, for I heard the Prophet saying, "A BELIEVER EATS IN ONE INTESTINE, AND A KAFIR (UNBELIEVER) EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES."

Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 306:

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "A BELIEVER EATS IN ONE INTESTINE, AND A KAFIR (UNBELIEVER) OR A HYPOCRITE EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES."

Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 307:

Narrated 'Amr: Abu Nahik was avaricious eater. Ibn 'Umar said to him, "Allah's Apostle said, "A KAFIR (UNBELIEVER) EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES." On that Abu Nahik said, "But I believe in Allah and His Apostle ."

Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 308:

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "A MUSLIM EATS IN ONE INTESTINE WHILE A KAFIR (UNBELIEVER) EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES."

Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 309:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

A man used to eat much, but when he embraced Islam, he started eating less. That was mentioned to the Prophet who then said, "A BELIEVER EATS IN ONE INTESTINE AND A KAFIR EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES."

Muslim, Book 023, Number 5113:

Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying that A NON-MUSLIM EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES WHEREAS A MUSLIM EATS IN ONE INTESTINE.

Muslim, Book 023, Number 5115:

Nafi' reported that Ibn 'Umar saw a poor man. He placed food before him and he ate much. He (Ibn 'Umar) said: He should not come to me. for I HEARD ALLAH'S MESSENGER (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) AS SAYING THAT THE NON-MUSLIM EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES.

Muslim, Book 023, Number 5116:

Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: A BELIEVER EATS IN ONE INTESTINE, WHEREAS A NON-BELIEVER EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES.

Muslim, Book 023, Number 5118:

Abu Musa reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: A BELIEVER EATS IN ONE INTESTINE, WHEREAS A NON-BELIEVER EATS IN SEVEN INTESTINES.

Muslim, Book 023, Number 5120:

Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) invited a non-Muslim. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) commanded that a goat be milked for him. It was milked and he drank its milk. Then the second one was milked and he drank its milk, and then the other one was milked and he drank its milk. till he drank the milk of seven goats. On the next morning he embraced Islam. And Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) commanded that a goat should be milked for him and he drank its milk and then another was milked but he did not finish it, whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: A BELIEVER DRINKS IN ONE INTESTINE WHEREAS A NON-BELIEVER DRINKS IN SEVEN INTESTINES.

Malik, Book 49, Number 49.6.9:

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj that Abu Hurayra said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'THE MUSLIM EATS IN ONE INTESTINE, AND THE KAFIR EATS IN SEVEN!' "

Malik, Book 49, Number 49.6.10:

Yahya related to me from Malik from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih from his father from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, gave hospitality to a kafir guest. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordered a sheep to be brought for him and it was milked. He drank its milk. Then another came, and he drank it. Then another came and he drank it until he had drunk the milk of seven sheep. In the morning he became muslim, and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordered a sheep for him. It was milked and he drank its milk. Then he ordered another for him and he could not finish it. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "THE MUMIN DRINKS IN ONE INTESTINE, AND THE KAFIR DRINKS IN SEVEN INTESTINES."

THE RELIGIOUS DUTY OF MUSLIMS TO STEAL BOOTY FROM NON-MUSLIMS!

The "holy books" Islam repeatedly assert a RIGHT of Muslims to steal booty from non-Muslims.

Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 53, Number 351:

Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah:

Allah's Apostle said, "BOOTY HAS BEEN MADE LEGAL FOR ME."

Muslim, Book 019, Number 4327:

It has been narrated by Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: One of the Prophets made a holy war. He said to his followers: One who has married a woman and wants to consummate to his marriage but has not yet done so; another who has built a house but has not yet erected its roof; and another who has bought goats and pregnant she-camels and is waiting for their offspring-will not accompany me. So he marched on and approached a village at or about the time of the Asr prayers. He said to the sun: Thou art subservient (to Allah) and so am I. O Allah, stop it for me a little. It was stopped for him until Allah granted him victory. The people gathered the spoils of war (at one place). A fire approached the spoils to devour them, but it did not devour them. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Some of you have been guilty of misappropriation. So one man from each tribe should swear fealty to me. The did so (putting their hands into his). The hand of one man stuck to his hand and the Prophet (may peace be upon him) said: Your tribe is guilty of misappropriation. Let all the members of your tribe swear fealty to me one by one. They did so, when the hands of two or three persons got stuck with his hand. He said: You have misappropriated. So they took out gold equal in volume to the head of a cow. They-placed it among the spoils on the earth. Then the fire approached the spoils and devoured them. THE SPOILS OF WAR WERE NOT MADE LAWFUL FOR ANY PEOPLE BEFORE US, THIS IS BECAUSE ALLAH SAW OUR WEAKNESS AND HUMILITY AND MADE THEM LAWFUL FOR US.

The plundering of infidels and polytheists is a central concept in the Muslim religion, and was the linchpin in the economy of the ummah for centuries. Allah made war booty lawful for the Muslims. "Eat ye the spoils of war, it is lawful and pure," says the QurAn (8:69).

One hadIs tells us that the spoils were made lawful especially for the ummah. "The spoils of war were not lawful for any people before us. This is because Allah saw our weakness and humility and made them lawful for us" (4327).

DIVISION

Essentially, the spoils belong to Allah and His Apostle. "They ask thee concerning the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils of war are for Allah and the Apostle" (QurAn 8:1). But since the mujAhid does not live by Allah alone, and also as a favor and extra incentive, he is given a share in it.

"There are two forms of war gains: al-ghanImah and fai’. The first includes spoils which fall to the lot of the Muslims after an armed conflict; the other accrues when the non-Muslims surrender without offering resistance." Understanding Islam through Hadis: Religious Faith or Fanaticism? Ram Swarup, Exposition Press Smithtown, New York , http://www.bharatvani.org/books/uith/

The Prophet PERSONALLY was entitled to receive 1/5 of "al-ghanImah" [all booty seized from people who actively resist Muslim conquest] but 100% of "fai" [loot taken from non-Muslims who do not resist Isalmic invasion.]

Both kinds of looting are explicitly sanctioned by the Quran and hadiths:

In the following verses payment of khums - 1/5 of booty stolen from those who resist - is ordered:

008.041
YUSUFALI: AND KNOW THAT OUT OF ALL THE BOOTY THAT YE MAY ACQUIRE (IN WAR), A FIFTH SHARE IS ASSIGNED TO ALLAH,- AND TO THE MESSENGER, and to near relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer,- if ye do believe in Allah and in the revelation We sent down to Our servant on the Day of Testing,- the Day of the meeting of the two forces. For Allah hath power over all things.
PICKTHAL: AND KNOW THAT WHATEVER YE TAKE AS SPOILS OF WAR, LO! A FIFTH THEREOF IS FOR ALLAH, AND FOR THE MESSENGER and for the kinsman (who hath need) and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, if ye believe in Allah and that which We revealed unto Our slave on the Day of Discrimination, the day when the two armies met. And Allah is Able to do all things.
SHAKIR: AND KNOW THAT WHATEVER THING YOU GAIN, A FIFTH OF IT IS FOR ALLAH AND FOR THE MESSENGER and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, if you believe in Allah and in that which We revealed to Our servant, on the day of distinction, the day on which the two parties met; and Allah has power over all things.

Muslim, Book 019, Number 4346:

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: If you come to a township (which has surrendered without a formal war) and stay therein, you have a share (that will be in the form of an award) in (the properties obtained from) it. IF A TOWNSHIP DISOBEYS ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER (AND ACTUALLY FIGHTS AGAINST THE MUSLIMS) ONE-FIFTH OF THE BOOTY SEIZED THEREFROM IS FOR ALLAH AND HIS APOSTLE AND THE REST IS FOR YOU.

Muslim, Book 001, Number 0022:

It is narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas that a delegation of Abdul Qais came to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) and said: Messenger of Allah, verily ours is a tribe of Rabi'a and there stand between you and us the unbelievers of Mudar and we find no freedom to come to you except in the sacred month. Direct us to an act which we should ourselves perform and invite those who live beside us. Upon this the Prophet remarked: I command you to do four things and prohibit you against four acts. (The four deeds which you are commanded to do are): Faith in Allah, and then he explained it for them and said: Testifying the fact. that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, performance of prayer, payment of Zakat, THAT YOU PAY KHUMS (ONE-FIFTH) OF THE BOOTY FALLEN TO YOUR LOT, and I prohibit you to use round gourd, wine jars, wooden pots or skins for wine. Khalaf b. Hisham has made this addition in his narration: Testifying the fact that there is no god but Allah, and then he with his finger pointed out the oneness of the Lord.

Muslim, Book 001, Number 0023:

Abu Jamra reported: I was an interpreter between Ibn Abbas and the people, that a woman happened to come there and asked about nabidh or the pitcher of wine. He replied: A delegation of the people of 'Abdul-Qais came to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). He (the Holy Prophet) asked the delegation or the people (of the delegation about their identity). They replied that they belonged to the tribe of Rabi'a. He (the Holy Prophet) welcomed the people or the delegation which were neither humiliated nor put to shame. They (the members of the delegation) said: Messenger of Allah, we come to you from a far-off distance and there lives between you and us a tribe of the unbelievers of Mudar and, therefore, it is not possible for us to come to you except in the sacred months. Thus direct us to a clear command, about which we should inform people beside us and by which we may enter heaven. He (the Holy Prophet) replied: I command you to do four deeds and forbid you to do four (acts), and added: I direct you to affirm belief in Allah alone, and then asked them: Do you know what belief in Allah really implies? They said: Allah and His Messenger know best. The Prophet said: It implies testimony to the fact that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, establishment of prayer, payment of Zakat, fast of Ramadan, THAT YOU PAY ONE-FIFTH OF THE BOOTY (FALLEN TO YOUR LOT) and I forbid you to use gourd, wine jar, or a receptacle for wine. Shu'ba sometimes narrated the word naqir (wooden pot) and sometimes narrated it as muqayyar. The Holy Prophet also said: Keep it in your mind and inform those who have been left behind.

Here, payment of 100% of fai [loot taken from those who do not fight] to the Prophet is ordered:

059.007
YUSUFALI: WHAT ALLAH HAS BESTOWED ON HIS MESSENGER (AND TAKEN AWAY) FROM THE PEOPLE OF THE TOWNSHIPS,- BELONGS TO ALLAH,- TO HIS MESSENGER and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.
PICKTHAL: THAT WHICH ALLAH GIVETH AS SPOIL UNTO HIS MESSENGER FROM THE PEOPLE OF THE TOWNSHIPS, IT IS FOR ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, that it become not a commodity between the rich among you. And whatsoever the messenger giveth you, take it. And whatsoever he forbiddeth, abstain (from it). And keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is stern in reprisal.
SHAKIR: WHATEVER ALLAH HAS RESTORED TO HIS MESSENGER FROM THE PEOPLE OF THE TOWNS, IT IS FOR ALLAH AND FOR THE MESSENGER, and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, so that it may not be a thing taken by turns among the rich of you, and whatever the Messenger gives you, accept it, and from whatever he forbids you, keep back, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is severe in retributing (evil):

Muslim, Book 019, Number 4347:

It has been narrated on the authority of Umar, who said: THE PROPERTIES ABANDONED BY BANU NADIR WERE THE ONES WHICH ALLAH BESTOWED UPON HIS APOSTLE FOR WHICH NO EXPEDITION WAS UNDERTAKEN EITHER WITH CAVALRY OR CAMELRY. THESE PROPERTIES WERE PARTICULARLY MEANT FOR THE HOLY PROPHET (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM). He would meet the annual expenditure of his family from the income thereof, and would spend what remained for purchasing horses and weapons as preparation for Jihad.

Does this sound like a religion based on "peace" and "tolerance"?

MODESTY, GENTLENESS AND TRANQUILITYARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OWNERS OF SHEEP?

Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 520:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "The main source of disbelief is in the east. Pride and arrogance are characteristics of the owners of horses and camels, and those bedouins who are busy with their camels and pay no attention to Religion; WHILE MODESTY AND GENTLENESS ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OWNERS OF SHEEP."

Malik, Book 54, Number 54.6.15:

Malik related to me from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The head of kufr is towards the east. Boasting and price is among people who have horses and camels. The loud-voiced people are the people of tents (the Bedouins). TRANQUILLITY IS WITH THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SHEEP."

I distinctly remember many of the Taliban had Sheep!

"THERE IS NO PROPHET WHO HAS NOT HERDED SHEEP"?

Malik, Book 54, Number 54.6.18:

Malik related to me that he had heard that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "THERE IS NO PROPHET WHO HAS NOT HERDED SHEEP," and someone asked, "You as well, Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Myself as well."

What about Daniel? I don’t remember him keeping sheep!

SAY MAGIC WORDS IN ARABIC AND OBTAIN SAFE JOURNEY?

Malik, Book 54, Number 54.13.34:

Malik related to me that he heard that when the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, set foot in the stirrup intending to travel, he would say, "In the name of Allah. O Allah! You are my companion in the journey and the Khalifa of my family. O Allah! Spread out the earth for us and make the journey easy for us. O Allah! I seek refuge with You from the hardship of the journey and from returning to sorrow and a distressing sight regarding property and family."

Malik related to me from a reliable source of his from Yaqub ibn Abdullah al-Ashajj from Bushr ibn Said from Sad ibn Abi Waqqas from Khawla bint Hakim that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "WHOEVER DISMOUNTS TO REST IN A PLACE SHOULD SAY, 'I SEEK REFUGE WITH THE COMPLETE WORDS OF ALLAH FROM THE EVIL OF WHAT HE CREATED,' (AUDHU BI KALIMATI-LLAHI AT-TAMMATI MIN SHARRI MA KHALAQA), AND NOTHING WILL HARM HIM UNTIL HE REMOUNTS."

ARABS WORSHIPPED LORD SHIVA BEFORE MUHAMMAD IMPOSED ISLAM!

Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 59, Number 661:

Narrated Abu Raja Al-Utaridi:

WE USED TO WORSHIP STONES, and when we found a better stone than the first one, we would throw the first one and take the latter, but if we could not get a stone then we would collect some earth (i.e. soil) and then bring a sheep and milk that sheep over it, and perform the Tawaf around it. When the month of Rajab came, we used (to stop the military actions), calling this month the iron remover, for we used to remove and throw away the iron parts of every spear and arrow in the month of Rajab. Abu Raja' added: When the Prophet sent with (Allah's) Message, I was a boy working as a shepherd of my family camels. When we heard the news about the appearance of the Prophet, we ran to the fire, i.e. to Musailima al-Kadhdhab.

Sounds like a Shiva Lingam to me! OM NAMAH SHIVAYAH!

THE QURAN COMMANDS ABSOLUTE OBEDIENCE TO EVERY PRONOUNCEMENT THE PROPHET!

[Sorta like the obedience Communists were bound to give Josef Stalin - even
when he pronounced nonsense in fields of genetics and
mathematics!]

Over and over again, it says "OBEY THE MESSENGER" and then promises RETRIBUTION for anyone who DISOBEYS the "messenger"! And Muhmmad is appointed by this "book"
as ABSOLUTE DICTATOR over ALL Muslims!

THIS is the Quranic basis for Islam's "Sunnah": THE AUTHORITY OF THE PROPHET TO MAKE BINDING ETERNAL COMMANDS ON ANY SUBJECT!

READ FROM THE QURAN AND SEE THE BASIS FOR ISLAM'S HADITHS!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

"He who OBEYS THE MESSENGER has indeed obeyed Allah " [al-Nisaa’ 4:80]

"O you who believe! Obey Allah and OBEY THE MESSENGER . . ." [al-Nisaa’ 4:59]

". . . And let those who oppose THE MESSENGER’S COMMANDMENT beware, lest
some fitnah (trial, affliction, etc.) befall them or a painful torment be
inflicted on them." [al-Nur 24:63]

""But no, by your Lord, THEY CAN HAVE NO FAITH, UNTIL THEY MAKE YOU
[MUHAMMAD] JUDGE IN ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN THEM, AND FIND IN THEMSELVES NO
RESISTANCE AGAINST YOUR DECISIONS, AND ACCEPT (THEM) WITH FULL SUBMISSION."
[al-Nisaa’ 4:65]

"O you who believe! ANSWER ALLAH (BY OBEYING HIM) AND (HIS) MESSENGER when
he calls you to that which will give you life . . ." [al-Anfaal 8:24]

: ". . . (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, REFER IT TO
ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER . . ." [al-Nisaa’ 4:59]

"And OBEY ALLÂH AND THE MESSENGER (Muhammad SAW) that you may obtain mercy."
Âl-'Imrân 3:132

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "OBEY ALLÂH AND THE MESSENGER (Muhammad SAW)." But if
they turn away, then Allâh does not like the disbelievers[Âl-'Imrân 3:32].

They ask you (O Muhammad SAW) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are
for Allâh and the Messenger." So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of
difference among you, and OBEY ALLÂH AND HIS MESSENGER (Muhammad SAW), if you
are believers. (Al-Anfâl 8:1)

"O you who believe! OBEY ALLÂH AND HIS MESSENGER, and turn not away from him
(i.e. Messenger Muhammad SAW) while you are hearing." (Al-Anfâl 8:20)

"And OBEY ALLÂH AND HIS MESSENGER, and do not dispute (with one another) lest
you lose courage and your strength depart, and be patient. Surely, Allâh is
with those who are As-Sâbirin (the patient ones, etc.)." (Al-Anfâl 8:46)

"Are you afraid of spending in charity before your private consultation (with
him)? If then you do it not, and Allâh has forgiven you, then (at least)
perform As-Salât (IqâmatasSalât) and give Zakât and obey Allâh and DO ALL
WHAT ALLÂH AND HIS PROPHET SAW ORDER YOU TO DO. And Allâh is All-Aware of
what you do." (Al-Mujâdilah
58:13)

"O you who believe! OBEY ALLÂH AND HIS MESSENGER,, and turn not away from him
(i.e. Messenger Muhammad SAW) while you are hearing." ( Al-Anfâl 8: 20)

"And OBEY ALLÂH AND THE MESSENGER,(Muhammad SAW), and beware (of even coming
near to drinking or gambling or AlAnsâb, or AlAzlâm, etc.) and fear Allâh.
Then if you turn away, you should know that it is Our Messenger's duty to
convey (the Message) in the clearest way." (Al-Mâ'idah 5:92)

Say: "OBEY ALLÂH AND OBEY THE MESSENGER, but if you turn away, he (Messenger
Muhammad SAW) is only responsible for the duty placed on him (i.e. to convey
Allâh's Message) and you for that placed on you. IF YOU OBEY HIM, YOU SHALL
BE ON THE RIGHT GUIDANCE. The Messenger's duty is only to convey (the
message) in a clear way (i.e. to preach in a plain way)." (An-Nűr 24:54)

"Obey Allâh, AND OBEY THE MESSENGER (Muhammad SAW), but if you turn away,
then the duty of Our Messenger is only to convey (the Message) clearly".
(At-Taghâbun
64:12)

"And perform AsSalât (IqâmatasSalât), and give Zakât AND OBEY THE
MESSENGER,(Muhammad SAW) that you may receive mercy (from Allâh)." (An-Nűr
24:56)
