SECULAR CONUMDRUMS

Last week’s editorial spoke about the activities of the Christian Church and it’s agents. It described how Indian Christians having forsaken their native faith now seem bent upon destroying it all together. The latest news regarding this aspect is that the Indo-American Conference has decided to observe Augest 15^th as a "Christian martyrs’ day" to protest the "wrongs" inflicted on Christian missionaries by Hindu "militants".

Never in the past fifty years have such "Christian Conferences" uttered a word against the man-slaughter which we Hindus suffered on this very day , August 15^th, when our motherland was cut into two! This is proof enough that the Christians consider their destiny to be distinct from that of us all; by implication, they consider Hindu culture and Hindu holy-land respectively , to be degrade and alien concepts! Any interest that they exibit in social-service is for winning new converts and for nothing else.

It is the same with the Muslims. The Koran and their clergy declare that they owe their primary duty to Islam and not the country in which they live. Islam recognises no national boundaries; only trans-national "Muslim brotherhood" .It is incumbent upon every Muslim to try his utmost to destroy religions accepting idolatory . Indeed , prominent Muslims have said openly that they are bound by conscience to sacrifice all Hindustan if necessary, if it be for the cause of Islam! Is it any wonder then, that terrorists in Kashmir are looked upon as freedom-fighters by the Islamic world ? Since it’s very birth, it has been Islam’s policy to start struggling for a separate Muslim home-land once it’s followers attain a numerical superiority in that particular state or province. Pakistan and now Kashmir are prime Indian examples of this.

What have our successive national governments been doing to check these fissiparous activities and religious activities ? Why, the missionary has been declared a protected species and "minority communities" have been receiving monetary aid and land-grants from our officialdom! Pilgrimages to Mecca have been receiving subsidies! Self-less Hindu patriots have been systematically side-lined ! Indeed India has proved her "secular2 credentials to the world….but only at the cost of her shimmering culture.

Hindus urgently need to break free from these "secular" conundrums or they will be driven away from their own home-land one day, much like the Jews and the Parsis were ! To restore the unalloyed glory of our Hindu-nation we need a strong, honest and an unreservedly Hindu-nationalist government .We need to destroy the twin yoke of sham democracy and pseudo-secularism . Then and only then can India win the proud appellation of Hindu-rashtra : Hindu-nation. That and only that can be the herald of a new, golden dawn over our timelessly ancient holy-land.
