The Times group has predictably unleashed a barrage of vitriol
against nationalist forces in the country, going to the extent of
calling for the obliteration of all "enemies of
secularism" forever. Padgaonkar, Lalita Panicker and their
ilk lead this offensive; Gujarat just happened – but before
that, there was and still is Kashmir and increasingly Jammu,where
scores and scores of Hindus are being slaughtered for no apparent
reason, on a daily basis . In this matter however, these worthies
somehow managed to maintain and still do, a studied silence so
loud, that it is actually sickening to contemplate. Indeed it must
be said with confidence that the numerous anti-nationals on whose
payroll such mercenary "intellectuals" exist, are
getting their money’s full worth ! The Sunday special editions
of the "Times of India" are especially sickening given
their utterly biased and blatantly one-dimensional reporting of
whatever is happening in the country. According to editor
Padgaonkar, "Godse’s ghost" is stalking Gujarat these
days. That the current action in Gujarat is but a volcanic
eruption of frustration of Hindus pressed to the walls by the
serpentine grip of falsehood,hypocrisy,lies, injustice and
repression has magically escaped his attention. The highest
authorities in the country have publicly said that the Godhra
massacre of Hindus by Muslims was a pre-meditated,meticulously
planned attack ; but Padgaonkar stubbornly clings to his personal
theory that the attackers were but "local deviants" who
were given offence by the Ram sevaks in the train and that the
attack was "spontaneous" ! The correction of so many
falsities planted in our history texts by the government has been
dubbed "an evil design" and "communalisation"
of education ! A common smuggler like Sonia Gandhi has been deemed,
a great crusader of morality ! "Communist India" has
been hailed as being preferable than a "nationalist
Hindustan" ! Appeals and exhortations are being sent out to
communists to take on the "accursed Hindu nationalists"
!
If all this isn’t enough to indict the "Times.." as
an enemy of our nation, what is ?
